We’re looking for a detailed-oriented Digital Content Coordinator to join our eCommerce Website Experience Team at Skechers based in Cham, Switzerland. In this role, you’ll support the day-to-day content execution across our European eCommerce websites, ensuring on-site content is effectively connected to best-in-class customer experience, SEO best practices, analytics, and overall site performance.

What you’ll do

• Own daily content updates across EU sites (banners, PLPs, PDPs, landing pages), ensuring accuracy, link integrity, layout consistency and timely delivery.
• Upload, publish, QA and maintain all content assets in the CMS and Content Library.
• Support blog and social commerce updates including copy, imagery, SEO formatting, and product linking.
• Perform thorough QA before and after launch (layout, copy, translations, links, UX).
• Support A/B testing initiatives (test, setup, asset preparation, QA, results tracking).
• Monitor content performance using GA4 / Quantum Metric and support reporting.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with eCom Merchandising, Operations & CRO, CRM, Media, Creative, Marketing, regional and global teams, and agencies.
• Manage timelines and execution via structured workflows (e.g. Asana).

What we are looking for

• 1-3 years of experience in Content Management, eCommerce, Digital Marketing.
• Hands-on experience with eCommerce CMS platforms, preferable SFCC.
• Good understanding of digital content fundamentals (html formatting, tagging, SEO basics).
• Experience with A/B testing (Monetate) and content analytics (Quantum Metric, GA4) is a plus.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail, proactive problem-solver, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English; any additional European language is a plus.
