As we continue to expand our market presence and push the boundaries of what's possible in semiconductor technology, we invite you to be part of our journey to creating the next generation of memory solutions that will define the future of computing.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></div> <div> <ul> <li>Direct interaction with customers for order acknowledgement and delivery schedule&nbsp;</li> <li>Order management from entering the order in SAP to the final shipment</li> <li>Maintain communications with HQ on delivery management through the complete logistical cycle from factory to customer</li> <li>Work closely with Sales Account Managers, Operations, Accounting, and Logistics</li> <li>Secure customer data to open new accounts or to increase credit limits</li> <li>Liaison between Customers and Operations</li> <li>Maintain an open line of communication with customers to ensure product requirements are met on time</li> <li>Hub reconciliation</li> <li>Ad hoc and interval reporting on business progress</li> <li>Will coordinate with corporate headquarters to ensure materials are provided according to schedules</li> <li>Will provide input to management, marketing, and sales on current product support from HQ, backlog issues, and other potential schedule issues</li> <li>Data consolidation and analysis, including but not limited to customer forecast, monthly sales tracking, order backlog, and other sales-related generation</li> <li>Product planning and order management</li> <li>Deliver order creation, RMA, sample distribution, Sales analysis, Sample Distribution</li> <li>Effectively communicate with technical marketing and sales to resolve open issues in an efficient and timely manner</li> </ul> </div> <div><strong>Qualifications:</strong></div> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) is preferred</li> <li>Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a planner and scheduler in the semiconductor industry</li> <li>Bilingual in English and Korean is preferred</li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li> <li>Outstanding analytical and interpersonal skills</li> <li>Strong proficiency with office software, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word</li> <li>Experience in SAP for Sales Operations</li> <li>Experienced with sales operations process, logistics, and inventory management</li> <li>Being able to work in a multi-cultural environment</li> </ul> <div><strong>Benefits:</strong></div> <ul> <li>Top Tier health insurance at no employee cost</li> <li>Paid day offs: PTO + Company Holidays + Happy Fridays</li> <li>Paid Parental Leave Program</li> <li>401k Matching</li> <li>Educational reimbursement up to $10,000 per year</li> <li>Donation Matching and volunteering opportunities</li> <li>Corporate discount programs</li> <li>Free Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner provided to employees</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Equal Employment Opportunity:</strong></p> <p>SKHYA is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
