Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a criminal background and employment verification.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment and random employment drug screens.
- Previous manufacturing experience required.
Job Responsibilities:
- Reads and follows job task card, routers, specifications and other instructions in order to build and assemble parts and equipment in an accurate and timely fashion.
- Bolts, clips, screws, or otherwise fastens parts together in relationship to each other in accordance with the process manual and work order instructions.
- Maintains department standards for efficiency, productivity, and quality.
- Follows all established safety procedures including wearing required PPE and maintaining 5S standards.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements:
- May be required to work overtime.
- Extensive walking or standing for extended periods of time.
- Lifting/carrying items generally weighing 50lbs or less.
- Ability to perform occasional to frequent bending and reaching.
