Join our team in Smithfield, NC! We’re hiring Bilingual Housekeepers to work with us inside a top‑tier warehouse fulfillment center packed with great amenities, thoughtful spaces, and an unbeatable workplace vibe.
Pay Rate: $15.50/hr — and yes, we pay weekly!
Enjoy a 4‑day work schedule with either a 1‑hour unpaid lunch or two 30‑minute unpaid breaks.
We offer both day and night shift options, so you can choose the schedule that fits your life:
Day Shift 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Night Shift 6:00 PM – 5:00 AM

We conduct 7-year background check and perform a drug test prior to employment. You must be 18 years old and have reliable transportation.
Housekeeping:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, restroom, breakroom, refrigerator, office, training room, security, prayer room, nursing room for mothers, closet cleaning, water cooler, and other duties as assigned. General warehouse duties such as trash removal, tote cleaning, and cleaning stations will be determined based on business needs.

This position requires the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish. The Housekeeper will interact with warehouse staff, supervisors, and safety teams, and must be able to understand instructions, safety guidelines, and operational updates in both languages. Clear bilingual communication helps ensure a safe, efficient, and inclusive work environment.

Working Conditions:
May be required to work overtime.
Work may be inside or outside in various building and weather conditions.
Extensive walking or standing for extended periods of time.
Lifting/carrying items generally weighing 50 lbs. or less. Walking/standing (85-90% of the shift), going up and down stairs, bending, stooping and reaching.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age
Janitorial related experience preferred.
Demonstrate a commitment to service and professionalism through appropriate conduct and demeanor.
Possess patience, tact, enthusiasm as well as diplomacy in all interactions.
Possess initiative and sound judgement in evaluating and reacting to situations.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in time sensitive situations.
Possess problem-solving skills with high attention to detail, including the ability to prioritize.
Ability to work with minimum supervision, read/comprehend detailed instructions and process information with accuracy and clarity.
Communicate effectively both verbally and written.
