In this dual role as Recruiting Lead and Strategic Business Partner, you’ll work closely with local leadership and employees to attract top talent, drive engagement, and help shape a high-performing, inclusive culture from day one.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- Partner with hiring managers to manage full-cycle recruitment and deliver a strong candidate experience.
- Collaborate with the Head of Talent Acquisition to align with hiring strategies and maintain applicant tracking/reporting compliance.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions and HR-related matters.
- Support new hire onboarding and orientation in Tulsa to ensure smooth integration.
- Advise managers on performance management, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Champion a positive work environment, foster site culture, and coordinate with HR Centers of Excellence on policies, compliance, and employee support.
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
- Experience You have 3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or HRBP role, ideally with recruiting responsibility & HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
- Education You have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Technical Proficiency You have proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting and knowledge of federal and Oklahoma-specific labor laws and regulations
- Soft Skills You demonstrate strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills and ability to work independently and handle ambiguity in a fast-growing environment
- Commitment to Excellence You are success-oriented and willing to take on multiple tasks
