YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• Translate Business to Product You make immediate impact by going end-to-end from business pain point analysis to user-centric product launch in an AI-accelerated development setup (e.g., Cursor with Design-MCP) 
• Identify Strategic Opportunities You ensure we leverage what is technically feasible by monitoring AI trends (outside-in) while frequently engaging with leadership to identify high-impact opportunities 
• Develop AI-Driven Development Operating Model You are the senior counterpart to central tech, advocating for a Product Builder optimal AI-powered development setup and defining the right levels of engineering and data science involvement 
• Add Crucial Technical Expertise You bring essential tech deployment expertise to the team while benefiting from the business and user expertise of your colleagues 

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Mindset You are hands-on, business-impact driven, and love the end-to-end experience from pain point discovery to building product solutions in days instead of months 
• Experience You bring full-stack (ideally backend-heavy) and product/business experience which you've applied in an AI-supported development environment (e.g., Cursor) and successfully deployed to users 
• Skills You have strong experience in Java and JavaScript; Python is a plus 
• Ownership You take full responsibility for your work and thrive in fast-paced environments where trust and accountability are essential 
• Language You communicate fluently in English; German is a plus
