Do you want to take on responsibility and fulfil customer wishes? As the Depot Manager at SIXT Van & Truck in Yeovil, you’ll have the overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the Hire Desk and Transport services. You’ll manage, motivate and coach a team of Hire & Sales Co-ordinators, Vehicle Valeters, Van Liners, Washer/Checkers and Drivers ensuring their health and safety is provided for. You’ll take ownership of all required reports ensuring their accurate and timely completion. To have a strong sales focus and be able to deal effectively with customers at all levels in the pursuit of increasing sales revenue and resolving any queries lodged.
Please note that this a Full time role, with an average working week of 45 hours, and a requirement to work 1 in every 2 Saturday mornings.
