Would you like to work in an exciting, dynamic environment and actively help shape digitization in Switzerland in the area of payment traffic? Is the conception, implementation, and market launch of digital solutions your passion? Then our Product Management team wants to hear from you, as we are looking for reinforcement! We are an ambitious, agile team responsible for the development and support of innovative payment solutions for the Swiss financial center, such as eBill and Direct Debit. As Product Manager Billing, you are an important part of this team and ensure that our digital services can be used intuitively and enthusiastically every day by several m clients.
What You Will Do
- Shared responsibility for the development of innovative payment solutions from the functional conception to market launch, including the preparation of the corresponding business cases
- Collaboration in interdisciplinary teams and professional leadership of feature groups in the development and implementation of new products and product enhancements
- Preparing decision bases around product development for internal and external working groups as well as management
- Analysis of product usage data and derivation of action recommendations regarding further development
- Creation of product price analysis and simulations to promote revenue growth and strengthen product positioning
- Creating reports for clients and partners
What You Bring
- At least 3 years of proven experience as a Product Manager in the digital business unit. Experience in the Bank / payment traffic area is an advantage.
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills as well as excellent Excel knowledge
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to establish consensus regarding solutions
- Strong market and customer orientation
- Networked and flexible thinking, quick comprehension and the ability to respond flexibly to changing requirements
- Team spirit, innovative mindset and openness to take responsibility for new topics
- High degree of independence and self-organization
