This portal is ONLY for previous Hurricane Harbor Splashtown team members who were in Aqatics, Front Gate & Guest Realtions, or Park Services & Landscaping looking to return for the 2026 season. Please apply with the same email used in the previous year when logging in.
Responsibilities
- Uphold company standards and guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas.
- Provide exceptional guest service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and resolving concerns promptly.
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and company procedures.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Collaborate with team members and management to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Qualifications
- Previous Hurricane Harbor Splashtown team members.
- Work in varied weather conditions.
- Successfully complete/pass a background check (If 18 yrs old+)
- Must be willing to work on a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
