Position Overview

The Customer Service Representative will be a key point of contact for stores and online ordering to ensure quality and accuracy of orders and transfers.

 

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

  • Set up Retail and Contractor Accounts in UE
  • Provide help to outside customers and internal customers to triage accounts that are not set up properly
  • Answer 1-800-SiteOne customer calls and be able to provide help for topics which include, Key metrics, Claims Resolution Time, Customer Survey Results, and Claims Reduction, Website Issues, Website functionality
  • Understand OKTA, Hybris, UE, Sendgrid, Service Now, as to what is required for online accessWork on all projects that are assigned to our department
  • Process Credit Card refunds
  • Process order returns
  • Navigate Shopify
  • Able to train customers on SiteOne.com

Skills We Are Seeking

  • 1-3 years of customer service or retail sales experience
  • 1-2 years SiteOne product knowledge is preferred
  • Strong Customer Service mentality
  • Must have excellent communication skills.
  • Bilingual: Spanish Required
  • ​High school diploma or equivalent
  • The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diplomas and/or GED.
