Sitemetric is seeking a resourceful and experienced security leader to guide our operations across the Central Region. The Regional Security Manager – Central Region will oversee daily security operations at multiple project sites, supporting field teams and ensuring alignment with company standards, client expectations, and regulatory requirements.
Reporting to the National Director of Security Operations, this position ensures consistent, high-quality delivery of Sitemetric’s security services while driving compliance, operational readiness, and team development. The ideal candidate is an adaptable, hands-on leader capable of building trust with clients, resolving challenges quickly, and maintaining a solutions-focused approach in fast-paced environments.

About the Role
As the Regional Security Manager – Central Region, you will oversee all security operations across assigned projects within the state and neighboring areas. You will ensure each site operates in compliance with Sitemetric’s policies, state licensing requirements, and client contractual obligations.
Your leadership will be vital in developing field teams, maintaining operational excellence, evaluating performance, and coordinating closely with clients and other departments — including Safety, Operations, and Technology — to deliver integrated, technology-driven site security.
This role is remote based in Utah and will include regular travel to projects and client facilities.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $90,000 to $120,000 per year. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and jobsite upon which work is being performed, and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, credentials, and experience.
