As a Senior Learning and Development specialist, you are responsible for designing and implementing competency-based learning journeys that align with SBM’s strategic objectives, in collaboration with targeted business functions and associated HR generalists. You champion a cultural shift towards continuous learning, integrating it seamlessly into our operational workflows and driving a mindset of self-driven growth across the organization.
Responsibilities
You partner with functional leaders and HR to define role-specific competencies and learning needs aligned with business goals and career objectives.
You design and deliver competency-based learning using the 70/20/10 model to improve performance.
You guide the HR generalists to effectively implement the established learning strategy.
You set and track KPIs to measure learning effectiveness and impact.
You adjust programs based on feedback, results, and evolving needs.
You report on learning metrics to highlight program impact on growth and performance.
You use the LMS to offer accessible, integrated learning experiences and partner with the LO.
You follow learning trends and market best practices to provide new ideas in line with company's needs
You select/manage external vendors to ensure alignment with company culture and objectives.
You support HR and business stakeholders to embed the competency based learning and development and performance management in the organization.
You integrate IDE principles into learning programs and initiatives.
Education
Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, HR, business, or comparable subject.
Experience
