As Fleet Training Analyst you are responsible for assisting and guide internal and external offshore employees, manage external stakeholders as well by completing assigned activities, with accuracy and on-time deliverables as per Training Matrix requirements and unit KPIs.
You apply and maintain Company training policies, guidlines and procedures in support of the respective unit crew with a high degree of customer focus and confidentiality.
Responsibilities
You follow the steps required to book safety and technical training courses for Offshore employees according to the approved training matrix based on International, National, IMO and company requirements.
You supervise and provide similar support for eLEarning as well (when applicable)
You maintain and follow up on administrative tasks related to training coordination, COC renewal and Flag Endorsements
You maintain neat and orderly files to ensure obsolete documentation is promptly removed
You create and maintain effective working relationships inside and outside the department (e.g. operation team)
You monitor Unit Training KPI and propose eventual Gap analysis action plan and solutions (if applicable).
You support to coordinate for additional training as approved in Personnel Development Plan, PDP or for those proposed for promotion
You review and verify training records helby the respective unit crew.
You support the collection of evidences required to apply for flag endorsements and coordinate for the timely application for and renewal of Flag endorsements.
Education
BAC +2 or equivalent in Human resources or Administration
Experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior administration role / HR related
Previous experience in Oil & Gas or Shipping industry
