Purpose
- The Contract Manager provides Contract Management support and execution for less complex projects or support Project or Senior CMs for Major projects or for the Group Contract Management department.
Responsibilities
- You manage Main Contracts.
- You manage and expedite contract deliverables and requirements.
- You monitor performance and compliance with contractual requirements, expedite disciplines where necessary, and highlight potential areas of concern.
- You ensure commercial and contractual awareness across the Project Team throughout the life of the project.
- You achieve and maintain total auditability of all commercial and contractual dealings, including clear record-keeping and regular commercial reporting.
- You provide Contract Feedback during the life of the project.
- You ensure Guarantee period management.
Education
- Degree or MBA in one of the following disciplines (Business Management, Law, Construction Law, Engineering or Quantity Surveying).
Experience
- Experience in contract management including EPCI, subcontract management.
- Broad experience in sales and lease contracts, in executing contract negotiation.
- Experience of project execution interface.
