We're looking for a talented and motivated CAD-Revit Designer to join our growing team! As a key player in our success, you'll collaborate with clients and colleagues to design exceptional restaurant spaces using cutting-edge technology.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Be the Creative Spark: Translate client visions into functional and aesthetically pleasing restaurant designs using CAD and Revit software.
• Precision is Key: Meticulously review Architectural Questionnaires (AQs) to ensure quotes and drawings are aligned.
• Communication is King: Collaborate seamlessly with Account Managers, clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors to bring projects to life.
• Data Doesn't Lie: Collect accurate measurements and critical jobsite data to ensure smooth project execution.
• From Plans to Reality: Generate detailed cut-books that complement your designs.
• Embrace the Challenge: Tackle diverse projects and contribute to our company's growth.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Associates or Technical Degree in Drafting, CADD, or applicable field of ‎study.‎
• Minimum of 5 years of previous experience in foodservice equipment design; with mechanical systems experience is preferred.‎
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, 3D modeling and MS Office software applications is required.‎
• Interpersonal communication skills to work in a team setting, as well as in a 1-on-1 environment.

• Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
• General math skills and ability to read blueprints and plans.
• Basic understanding of general construction practices
• Ability to meet deadlines and follow project schedules.
• Motivation and self-drive are required to complete a task.
• Organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multi-task and able to work on more than one project at once.
