Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Prospecting: Identify and target key decision-makers in the Mexican market using a multi-channel approach (Cold calling, personalized emails, LinkedIn, and social selling).
- Lead Qualification: Qualify inbound and outbound leads using frameworks (such as BANT or MEDDPICC) to ensure a high-quality pipeline for the Account Executive (AE) team.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain impeccable CRM hygiene (Salesforce), ensuring all interactions and lead stages are accurately tracked.
- Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with local market trends in Mexico and provide feedback to the Marketing and Product teams to refine our local value proposition.
- Collaborative Growth: Work closely with AEs to develop territory strategies and ensure a smooth hand-off of qualified opportunities.
Requirements
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in Sales Development, Inside Sales, or Customer-facing roles (preferably in Tech/SaaS).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Spanish (native/professional level) and English (fluent, as you will interact with global teams).
- Mindset: A "hunter" mentality—resilient, curious, and motivated by targets and commissions.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft).
