Our platform supports mobile SMS, rich messaging, voice, and video communication solutions for some of the biggest companies in the world.
ClickSend, a brand of the Sinch SMB group, is a rapidly growing and fast-moving business. We have a high volume of inbound sales opportunities, and we're looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us capitalize on them. Many potential customers are looking for assistance with pricing and product questions to help them convert. This role is crucial for engaging with new website inquiries and re-engaging customers who have trialed our platform but haven't yet become paid users.
What You'll Do
The SDR team is responsible for maximizing the conversion of a high flow of inbound SMB customers from the AU, US, or UK time zones. You will focus on website engagement and handling our 400+ monthly inbound sales inquiries. Your primary objective will be to book meetings for yourself or for one of our Customer Success Managers (CSMs). You'll also be tasked with re-activating dormant opportunities to maximize our lead flow potential.
