The RoleAs a Technical Account Manager – Sales-Oriented, you will own the commercial success of a portfolio of key clients. You’ll act as the primary point of contact, helping customers optimize their experience with Simply.TV while driving revenue growth through renewals, upsells, and long-term account expansion.
While the role involves understanding technical solutions, deep technical expertise is not required and product knowledge will be developed through onboarding and training. Your success is measured by customer satisfaction, account growth, and the ability to spot and act on revenue opportunities.
