What You'll Do
As an Operations Support employee, you’ll play a key role in delivering products and services to our customers while maintaining equipment and facilities. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Delivering and servicing local farms with fertilizer, crop protection products and seed.
- Communicating effectively with customers while providing a positive experience.
- Operating loaders, forklifts, company pickups/semis.
- Performing scheduled vehicle and equipment maintenance.
- Ensuring compliance with DOT, OSHA, and HazMat regulations.
- Lifting up to 50 pounds or more as part of daily tasks.
What You Bring
- Class A CDL required.
- HazMat & Tanker endorsements preferred (or willing to obtain within 6 months).
- 1+ years of related experience (agriculture or equipment operation preferred).
- Willingness to learn to operate heavy equipment (application machines, loaders, semi-trucks, trailers).
- High school diploma or GED.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, mobile apps).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
