- To perform on-site preventive maintenance services based on agreed schedule.
- To provide adhoc remedial repair service as required by customers.
- Ensuring that the system under maintenance are performing with an uptime of not less than 98%.
- Meeting desired Service Level that is expected of from the customers/site assigned.
- Perform pre-delivery inspection on equipment prior for delivery.
- Provide preventive maintenance service and remedial repair services.
- Maintain customers install base records.
- Handle customers enquiry, feedback or suggestions
