SD Parts, part of Sime Motors Australia, is seeking an experienced Parts Sales Representative to support and promote parts and services across Sime’s luxury automotive brands in Queensland, notably BMW and Volvo.
This role suits someone who enjoys building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering consistent sales results in a professional automotive environment.
The Role
Reporting to the Parts Manager, you’ll be responsible for achieving budgeted sales targets by maintaining existing customer relationships and developing new accounts, while delivering a high standard of parts supply and service across the luxury brand network.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell parts and services across Sime Motors Australia’s luxury brands portfolio in QLD, including BMW and Volvo
- Build and maintain long‑term customer relationships through structured customer visits
- Identify, pursue, and open new parts and service accounts (minimum one per month)
- Achieve monthly sales targets in line with budget
- Keep customers informed of new products, pricing, and supply updates
- Provide feedback on competitor activity and market trends
- Assist with counter sales, stocktakes, vehicle stock management, and workshop support as required
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain a professional image, including personal presentation and company vehicle standards
- Comply with all Sime Motors Australia policies, procedures, and WHS requirements
About You
- Experience in parts sales, automotive sales, or parts retail
- Strong customer service, communication, and relationship‑building skills
- Organised, self‑motivated, and sales‑driven
- Experience working with luxury or premium automotive brands (preferred)
- Parts & Merchandising qualification (desirable)
- Current, clean driver’s licence
