LMM Holdings Pty LtdSD Parts, part of Sime Motors Australia, is seeking a customer‑focused Parts Advisor to join our Parts Department. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in accuracy, service excellence, and supporting both retail and workshop customers in a fast‑paced automotive environment.
The Role
As a Parts Advisor, you’ll be responsible for interpreting and processing parts orders accurately, managing inventory and administration tasks, and delivering a consistently high level of customer service. You’ll play a key role in supporting department performance and contributing to gross profit and customer satisfaction targets.
Key Responsibilities
Process parts orders, accessory requests, and trade quotations accurately and on time
Ensure prompt service to retail, trade, and workshop customers
Maintain accurate records, back‑order management, and internal tracking files
Liaise closely with technicians, service advisors, and warehouse staff
Maintain a clean, organised, and professional Parts counter environment
Provide accurate parts advice and identify opportunities to upsell where appropriate
Ensure WHS compliance and adherence to Sime Motors Australia policies
About You
Experience in automotive parts, retail, or a similar customer‑facing role
Strong customer service and communication skills
High attention to detail with accurate invoicing and paperwork
Confident using computer systems and learning new processes
Organised, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision
Professional presentation and a team‑focused approach
Current, clean driver’s licence
