We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our leading‑edge Human Resources team in a full‑time, permanent capacity.

We’re seeking a forward‑thinking, proactive, and people‑focused Human Resources Business Partner with strong generalist experience. Someone who thrives in fast‑paced, safety‑critical environments and can confidently partner with our operational leaders to deliver consistent, compliant, and practical business solutions.

What you’ll be doing:

In this role, you will:

  • Build strong trusted relationships with our business leaders whilst advising them on policies, processes, and award interpretation to ensure fair and consistent decisions.
  • Coach and build leader capability for the future to managing performance, behaviour, and team culture, so we can continue to be seen as one of the best companies to work for.
  • Manage employee relations cases, in partnership with the Employee Relations team.
  • Drive a safety-first culture whilst oversee workforce and safety-related processes.
  • Deliver performance and talent initiatives, supporting reviews, succession planning, and development pathways as we continue to build a world class culture.
  • Enhance employee experience and support change, embedding engagement initiatives and new ways of working.
     

What you’ll need:

We are hoping our new team member will bring the following: 

  • Degree in Human Resources / Business or related discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Proven experience managing performance and conduct matters
  • Demonstrated ability to coach leaders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted, collaborative relationships
  • A genuine desire to contribute strong relationship‑building skills to a business that thrives on connection
  • An interest in making a meaningful difference and supporting a great team—while having fun along the way
