Maintaining of Assigned Vehicle

· Ensure timely servicing of vehicles as per the maintenance schedule and update

records in CarPro accordingly.

· Promptly inform the Supervisor or designated Driver of any vehicle issues requiring

rectification or repair.

· Refuel vehicles at designated petrol stations to maintain optimal fuel levels.

· Perform occasional washing and polishing of vehicles as needed to uphold cleanliness

standards.

· Maintain vehicles in a clean and roadworthy condition at all times.

· Utilize replacement vehicles when necessary to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.

· Report any vehicle breakdowns to the Supervisor, Driver promptly.

· Complete a daily Vehicle Checklist prior to operating any vehicle.

· Ensure all vehicles possess valid road tax documentation at all times.

Security and Safety of the Assigned Vehicle

· Conduct a physical checking of the assigned vehicle(s) before each shift, recording

exterior cleanliness, odometer reading, and fuel level; promptly report discrepancies

to the Supervisor, Driver

· Check battery water and tyre pressure a minimum of twice per week and document

the findings.

· Hand over or return keys immediately to the designated Supervisor, Driver after use,

maintaining the chain of custody without exception.

Parking & Compliance

· Park vehicles only in authorised bays to avoid fines or towing for illegal parking.

· Ensure every fleet vehicle parked on Customer / Company premises is locked and

secured at all times

· Confirm that current road-tax discs are displayed and in force before operating any

vehicle.

Safe Driving Practices

· Operate each vehicle within posted speed limits and never drive under the influence

of drugs, alcohol, or other intoxicating substances.

Chauffeur & Transport Services

· Provide chauffeur services as scheduled or as assigned by the Supervisor, Driver,

ensuring punctuality and professionalism throughout.

· Perform a second safety sweep of the chauffeur vehicle before passengers board to

guarantee roadworthiness.

Documentation

· Accurately fill out and sign the Vehicle Check List prior to commencing any duty,

retaining records for audit purposes.
