The role:

This role is about strengthening the relationship between our customers and our operations across Manawatu-Whanganui and Taranaki.  You will grow the business across the regions through parts and services sales and work with existing customers to fully develop and ringfence their business.  Identifying and converting new customers to Terra Cat is also a big part of this role.

Most of your day is spent onsite with customers building their understanding of our parts and service offerings to ensure Terra Cat is their first point of contact for any aftermarket needs.

This role is based at our Palmerston North centre and will require regular travel across all the above region.

What we are looking for:

• Mechanical experience – someone looking to step off the tools OR sales experience in our (heavy equipment) industry

• Proven ability to build strong and mutually beneficial relationships

• Awesome communication skills

• Strong technical / computer skills

• Ambition and desire to consistently achieve in a high-performance environment

You will be given the tools, training and support to succeed in this role but the ability to work autonomously and remotely from your manager is essential.
