What we’re looking for
To be considered for this role, you will need the following:
- Degree or postgraduate qualification in nursing.
- 3+ years post-graduate, with broad experience in general/community nursing.
- Current Registration with the AHPRA, with zero notations.
- Genuine interest in working in the community and with the aged population (experience an advantage).
- Compassion and enthusiasm, with a friendly approach.
- Strong experience in wound and catheter care, and chronic disease management.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with families and other clinicians.
- Australian driver's licence.
The role
- Provide services such as complex wound care, catheters (IDC/SPC male and female), stoma and continence management, 3 days per week (Wednesday, Thursday and willing to work Friday), expected to travel from Far - Noarlunga/Hackham and up to the City and Western Suburbs.
- Apply advanced clinical assessment skills for chronic disease management.
- Administer medications and injections.
- Perform an optimum standard of nursing care to our clients.
- Use your exceptional clinical assessment, decision-making and problem-solving skills and abilities to provide an optimum standard of care to our clients.

What you'll do
- The role involves providing nursing services such as complex wound care and chronic disease management to clients in their homes. The nurse will apply advanced clinical assessment skills and administer medications as needed.
