We’re hiring a Talent Acquisition (Recruiting) Partner – a dynamic and strategic recruiter who connects top talent with life-changing career opportunities across our organization.

You’re a passionate recruiter with a knack for sourcing and engaging candidates in high-volume environments. You thrive in fast-paced settings, build strong relationships with hiring managers, and bring creativity and data-driven strategies to every search.


What You’ll Be Doing:



  • Manage a requisition load, collaborating with hiring managers to source, recruit, and screen qualified candidates

  • Provide recruitment expertise for a variety of clinical roles, including front-line and leadership positions

  • Source candidates through online postings, social media, local networks, associate referrals, and college partnerships

  • Actively build and maintain a talent pipeline for key roles

  • Coordinate, promote, attend, and participate in recruitment events


Qualifications:



  • Minimum 2 years of experience recruiting high-volume, hourly roles

  • Experience in healthcare or hospice/home health is highly preferred

  • Knowledge of clinical roles and licensure requirements

  • Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools, including social media platforms

  • Ability to partner with and influence hiring managers

  • Highly data-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding performance metrics

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)

  • Experience with Greenhouse ATS strongly preferred

$80,000$85,000 USD
