We’re hiring a Hospice Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA/CNA) – a compassionate and dependable caregiver who provides hands-on support to patients in their homes. This role is essential to delivering dignified, meaningful care and ensuring comfort during end-of-life journeys.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide daily support to patients through feeding, bathing, cleaning, and other activities of daily living
- Deliver compassionate care and emotional support to patients and families
- Regularly commute to various patient locations to provide continuous care
- Assist with basic medical tasks under the supervision of licensed professionals
- Maintain accurate documentation and communication with the care team
Qualifications
- Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) and Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certifications required
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
- Must comply with all state and federal driving regulations
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to patient homes
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must pass a criminal background check, physical exam, and drug screening

Schedule: Full Time, Day shift, Monday - Friday (6:00 AM - 2:3 PM)
