As a Bartender, you are passionate about crafting both classic and creative cocktails while delivering exceptional service. Key Responsibilities
- Set up the bar daily by requisitioning and stocking beer, wine, spirits, garnishes, paper goods, and tools according to established procedures.
- Greet guests warmly and sincerely, creating a welcoming and memorable experience.
- Prepare and present beverages following standard recipes and portion guidelines.
- Operate the Point-of-Sale system efficiently, handling cash and credit transactions accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring tools and supplies are properly stored.
- Comply with all federal, state, and company alcohol service regulations.
- Verify guest identification to prevent underage alcohol service.
- Keep bottles and glassware arranged to support efficient service and beverage promotion.
- Restock and replenish bar inventory throughout the shift.
- Build rapport with regular guests and recognize returning patrons.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
