What You’ll Do:  

• Monitor equipment during operation to identify issues or irregularities, and take prompt action to correct or report them to the shipping team or supervisor.
• Inspect cans regularly to ensure quality standards are met; report any defects or material variances to quality assurance or supervisory staff.
• Complete accurate logs, checklists, and production records as part of your daily work.
• Follow all safety procedures to protect yourself, coworkers, and company property.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area.
• Fill in across tasks as needed to ensure smooth production flow.

We Need You To Have:   

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• A can do, will do attitude with a track record of reliability.
• The ability to read and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
