What You Will Do:

• Performs daily cash application for incoming checks, wires, and ACH payments in an accurate and timely manner.

• Prepares and distributes certain weekly, monthly, and quarterly accounts receivable account reconciliations and analyses.

• Processes month-end journal entries.

• Assists with financial reconciliations and working to resolve variances between the sub ledger and the general ledger for various accounts receivable accounts.

• Participates in other ad hoc projects, as assigned, or as needed, like audit requests, processing credit memos and miscellaneous invoices, customer master maintenance, month-end cash discounts accruals, journal entries, etc.

• Assist the Risk and Credit Manager with account review, maintenance, clean up and monitoring past dues.

What You Bring:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable, including cash application and related accounting functions.

• A bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field is preferred but not required.

• Excel in problem-solving, effective communication, and teamwork.

• Familiarity with US GAAP practices.

• Ability to manage time efficiently and maintain attention to detail.

• Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel.
