Stellenbeschreibung

  • Strategische Verantwortung für definierte Key Accounts im Bereich extrudierbarer Pasten, inkl. Umsatz- und Wachstumsziele
  • Aufbau, Pflege und Ausbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen mit Fokus auf nachhaltiges Wachstum, Cross- und Up-Selling
  • Technische und kommerzielle Beratung zu Materialien, Prozessen und Werkzeugkonzepten, um Mehrwert für den Kunden zu schaffen
  • Erstellung, Präsentation und Verhandlung von Angeboten, Verträgen und Preisvereinbarungen
  • Proaktive Identifikation von Chancen zur Geschäftsentwicklung innerhalb bestehender Kundenaccounts
  • Planung und Umsetzung von Kundenbesuchen, Workshops, Schulungen und Messen zur Stärkung der Kundenbindung
  • Akquise von Neukunden in definierten Märkten und Entwicklung von Pilotprojekten zur Erweiterung des Kundenportfolios
  • Analyse von Markt-, Technologie- und Anwendungstrends zur Ableitung konkreter Geschäftschancen und strategischer Maßnahmen
  • Verantwortung für Angebotsprozesse, Projektkalkulationen, Business Cases und Pipeline-Management in Abstimmung mit internen Teams

Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossenes technisches oder wirtschaftlich-technisches Studium
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Business Development, technischen Vertrieb oder Key Account Management, idealerweise im Umfeld von Modell- und Formenbau oder 3D-Druck
  • Sehr gutes Verständnis von extrudierbaren Pasten, additiver Fertigung und Tooling-Konzepten
  • Ausgeprägte Hunter-Mentalität kombiniert mit strukturiertem und nachhaltigem Beziehungsaufbau
  • Hohe Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsstärke sowie unternehmerisches Denken
  • Internationale Reisebereitschaft
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
