The Business Development Manager (BDM) DACH is the key regional business partner for Switzerland, Germany, and Austria, responsible for accelerating growth, improving competitiveness, and enhancing profitability of the Concrete Admixtures business.
The role acts as the primary link between countries, customers, and regional functions, ensuring alignment of strategies, execution of new products and initiatives, and systematic closure of business gaps across the DACH region.
The position requires strong technical and commercial understanding of concrete and admixtures, close field engagement, and the ability to translate regional strategy into measurable country-level results.
