If you match this description, get in touch!</p><p></p><p></p><h2><span class="emphasis-2"><b>What you’ll do</b></span></h2><p></p><ul><li>Be responsible to establish new SOP, provide technical document for new product ATE testing, and also be responsible for new testing equipment, fixture and material procurement on electrical products (such as: em-ballat, ignitor, LED driver etc.</li><li>Be responsible for electrical and EM product ATE testing process, workout testing process working instruction, verify reasonable testing process parameters, and analyze testing process failure, establish and improve OCAP, monitor and improve testing process via statistic tools, such as: MSA, ensure process stable, improve production efficiency and reduce manufacturing cost.</li><li>Participate in making maintenance working instruction for key equipment, setup safety stock for spare parts, analyze and support to solve equipment malfunction.</li><li><span>Continuous</span> <span>upgrade</span> <span>CWA / El</span> <span>electron</span> <span>ATE</span> <span>Equipment,</span> <span>reduce</span> <span>test</span> <span>cycle</span> <span>times</span> <span>and</span> <span>improve</span> <span>test</span> <span>pass</span> <span>rates</span> <span>at a time,</span> <span>and continuously</span> <span>meet</span> the <span>demand</span> for <span>productivity</span>.</li><li>Assist NPI test development, troubleshoot and maintain test equipment during mass production.</li><li><span>response for connected factory related process set up, maintain, trouble shooting, continues to improvement </span></li><li>Manage product/system field activities when required using recall policies and procedures for the company.</li><li>Ensure timely resolution of escalations working with Cluster Customer Service leaders.</li><li>Assure quality and business excellence capabilities are up to standard for his/her functional area.</li></ul><p></p><p></p><h2><span class="emphasis-2"><b>Your qualifications</b></span></h2><p></p><ul><li>Understand LED driver basic knowledge. For example: CV,CC,LED mode.</li><li>Understand LED driver measurement parameters. For example. Power, current, PF, THD, efficiency.</li><li>Basic knowledge for communication protocols regarding to lighting industry. For example. DALI,NFC,DMX…</li><li>Experienced for most of instruments. For example AC source, ,DC source ,DMM, Scope, DAQ. Electronic load. Safety test equipment.</li><li>Knowing GPIB,RS-232,RS-485,I2C,LAN,Modbus,SPI communication protocols.</li><li>Experienced for microcontroller production mass programming.</li><li>Master instruments SCPI. Can programming the instruments by LabVIEW or C#.</li><li>Master of LabVIEW using experience.</li><li>Familiar C/ C# is plus.</li><li>Basic knowledge for TCP/IP communication protocol.</li><li>Know quality tools. For example Minitab or equivalent.</li><li>Basic know about light.</li><li>Fluent English in reading/writing/spoken.</li></ul><p></p><p>Our candidate profile is just a guide.
