<h3>Job Title</h3>SAP Transport Management Functional analyst<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h3>Job Description</h3><p><span class="emphasis-2">Key Areas of Responsibility</span></p><ul><li><p><b>Implementation & Configuration:</b> Independently manage and execute activities for implementation, roll out, support, and upgrade projects within the SAP TM module across all modes of transport.</p></li><li><b>Business Process Analysis:</b> Conduct business workshops for requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and translate complex business needs into functional specifications and optimal SAP solutions.</li><li><b>Integration Expertise:</b> Ensure seamless integration between SAP TM and other critical SAP modules such as SD, MM, EWM, FI, GTS, BN4L as well as third-party systems.</li><li><b>Testing and Quality Assurance:</b> Develop test cases, lead unit and user acceptance testing (UAT), manage defect tracking, and support go-live and hyper care activities.</li><li><b>Monitoring:</b> Proactively monitor application performance by regularly checking failed XML’s, IDOC’s, queues, etc. and take corrective and preventive actions.</li><li><b>Documentation and Training:</b> Create comprehensive documentation (functional specifications, configuration guides, training materials) and conduct end-user training sessions.</li><li><b>Problem Solving & Support:</b> Provide expert functional support, troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in a timely manner, and contribute to continuous process improvements.</li><li><b>Mentoring & Teamwork:</b> Guide and mentor junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices within the project team.</li><li><p><span class="emphasis-2">Critical Experiences</span></p><p>While we value and appreciate all applicants, we believe that the following experience and skills will be needed to shine brightly in this job opening:</p></li><li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field and 2-5 years of experience in SAP logistics modules with a strong focus on SAP TM</li><li>Experience in either implementation, support or global rollout for TM scenarios for domestic and international transport.</li><li>Good understanding of end-to-end processes like Procure to Pay, Inter and Intra Company Stock Transfer and Order to Cash.</li><li>Hands-on knowledge of S/4HANA and SAP TM including configuration preferably with SAP TM certification.</li><li>Functional knowledge of order management, freight execution, charge management and settlement process and of technical frameworks like BOPF and BRFplus.</li><li>Familiarity with optimizer planning, conditions, various profiles and incompatibilities.</li><li>Basic knowledge of BN4L (Freight Collaboration, Dock Appointment and Scheduling, Global track and trace) Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills</li><li>Fluent in English (written and verbal)</li></ul>
