This role requires strong analytical abilities, technical leadership, and the ability to collaborate across teams to ensure stable, resilient, and high‑performing production operations.</p><p></p><p><b>What you’ll do</b></p><ul><li><p>Plan, prepare, document, and complete engineering projects related to the improvement of production capacity, quality, and efficiency, while meeting time, cost, and quality targets.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with various business units (R&D, sales, marketing, operations, etc.) on new product offerings, launches and introducing new products to the factory.</p></li><li><p>Work closely with operations to ensure efficient 3D printing and assembly and follow manufacturing standards on process release to ensure optimum production (zero defect, target output).</p></li><li><p>Implement time studies on existing products to improve capacity planning for assembly and support assembly on manufacturing and quality.</p></li><li><p>Create standard work, work instructions, and quality standards, and manage/maintain data.</p></li><li><p>Promote continuous improvement and operational excellence utilizing lean methods and tools within cross functional teams.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>More about you</b></p><p>While we value and appreciate all applicants, we believe the following background and capabilities will help you shine brightly in this role:</p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, or related discipline from an accredited institution</p></li><li><p>Mechanical and/or electrical engineering experience in a manufacturing environment (internship experience qualifies), knowledge of 3D Printing or additive manufacturing a plus</p></li><li><p>Excellent problem-solving, advanced planning, organizational, and implementation skills with a passion for results; project management experience highly preferred</p></li><li><p>Deep understanding of continuous improvement with effective change management skills; experience in a lean manufacturing environment (Six Sigma, PMI, etc.) ideal</p></li><li><p>Strong interpersonal, communication, and networking skills with the ability to interact with senior leadership</p></li><li><p>Data driven with a fact-based mindset, and effective at reporting and communicating relevant information</p></li><li><p><b><i>Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs.</i></b></p></li></ul><p>Our candidate profile is just a guide.
