About this role
We’re seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Seasonal Data & Shipping Associate to support our holiday volume surge. You’ll help ensure accurate order processing, data entry, and timely shipping — enabling us to meet demand during our busiest season.
Key Responsibilities
Data & Order Processing
Accurately enter customer and order data into internal systems.
Validate order details, shipping addresses, and service specifications.
Troubleshoot and correct data inconsistencies.
Shipping & Logistics
Prepare outgoing packages for domestic and international shipping.
Print shipping labels, customs forms, and track shipments.
Coordinate with carriers (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS) for pickups.
Quality Control
Inspect items before packaging to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Document and report discrepancies to supervisors.
Communication & Support
Respond to internal inquiries regarding order status.
Provide updates on shipping delays or issues.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic computer skills: MS Office (Excel, Outlook) and data entry.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable transportation to Brentwood, TN.
Preferred
Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or data entry roles.
Familiarity with carriers and shipping software.
Skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
Comfortable standing for extended periods and working with shipping equipment.
