Performance Analyst Team Manager

As a Performance Analyst Team Manager, you will support the delivery of high-quality insights for both internal and external clients, ensuring excellence in stakeholder management, requirements gathering, and Power BI reporting. You play a key part in the development of the Performance Analyst, and lead continuous improvement across campaigns, using data and reporting to identify opportunities, streamline processes, and partner with Operations to consistently deliver the best possible service.  You will report directly into the Head of Performance Analytics.

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like:

📚 You will work closely with the business to transform company data into meaningful insights that span the entire customer journey. By consulting with stakeholders, you will identify trends, highlight potential issues, and recommend improvements that drive efficiency and service excellence. You will lead and support your team through regular one to ones, monitoring performance and job satisfaction while developing their skills in Power BI and stakeholder management. Using tools such as Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint, you will design and deliver dashboards and reports that make complex data clear and actionable. Confident in presenting to senior management, you will ensure insights are communicated effectively in both one to ones and group settings. Through your leadership, you will foster continuous improvement, strengthen team capability, and enable the business to consistently deliver outstanding outcomes for its customers.

Requirements:

  • You have 2 years’ experience as a Performance Analyst or Data Analyst in a Leadership capacity
  • You are proficient in Power BI with the ability to build and maintain dashboards and reports.
  • You have Effective communication skills (verbal, written and presentation)
  • You are competent in the use of Microsoft Office
  • You have experience with presenting to Senior Management
  • You have experience running workshops and working with business stakeholders to devise appropriate reporting and dashboard formats
  • You have experience working closely with key operational stakeholders to understand the wider business objectives and how quality data solutions can make a positive impact
  • You have been in a managerial position before
