About this role

Are you a results-driven, team-oriented leader that is excited about AI? This is the opportunity for you! As a Project Manager I, you are responsible for managing projects from design to release for customers, monitoring the project from initiation through delivery and closeout . You will develop, define, and execute project plans, schedules, budgets and deliverables; identify needed resources for projects; and interface with internal and external customers or field-based employees on technical matters as needed. You will be running teams based on Agile methodology primarily for AI related projects. You will be responsible for all aspects of the project lifecycle: proposal development, planning, scope, definition, design, execution, delivery, and project closeout. You will track progress against milestones, budgetary guidelines, or other performance indicators, and prepare reports to stakeholders. The Project Manager will need to be agile and flexible, as changes will be certain and frequent.

As SNC's corporate team, we provide the company and its business areas with strategic direction and business support spanning executive management, finance and accounting, operations, human resources, legal, IT, information security, facilities, marketing, and communications.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in project management and/or in a related or technical field, internships not included in total years of experience          
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
  • Demonstrated experience in managing a project.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills & capability to meet schedules
  • Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
  • Background and passion for AI
  • Experience running teams using Agile methodology such as SCRUM or SAFE
  • Experience with developing budgets and managing projects to those budgets.
  • Experience managing project scope and scope creep during project execution
  • Experience in resource planning and management during project execution
  • Experience with risk management planning and documentation
  • Familiarity with government contracting and regulations
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $94,345.12 - $129,724.54. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, such as candidates' key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.

SNC offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.
