About this role

Are you known for your attention to detail, superb documentation skills, and ability to solve complex problems? This may be the position for you! As a Contracts Administrator I, you will be using your skills and expertise in supporting contract negotiations to ensure proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications.

•Secondary point of contact for the customer on all assigned contractual matters.
•Maintains close, professional interface with internal customer personnel (technical, administrative and business). Interfaces with external customers in coordination with the Contracts Manager.
•Works with internal customers (program managers, program directors, etc.) ensuring all communication with external customers is concise and consistent from both technical and contractual personnel
•Supports Contracts Manager in customer negotiations on Non-Disclosure Agreements; ensuring SNC protection in terms and conditions
•Supports Contracts Manager in customer negotiations with Program Management and Pricing Support
•Tracking, reconciling, closing and reporting Unbilled and Accounts Receivable status; supports in resolution of Invoice issues
•Tracks and submits Contracts and CDRL documentation
•Ensures all tasks are performed within SNC stated guidelines and processes

  • Enter data into various internal administration systems.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field and typically 0 - 2 years or more of related work experience. 

  • Higher education may substitute for relevant experience

  • Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education

  •  Attention to detail.

  • Good interpersonal skills/communication skills.

  • Skills to plan, organize, multi-task, prioritize, and execute assigned workload to meet multiple deadlines.

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $29.03 - $39.92. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, such as candidates' key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.

This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret U.S. Security Clearance. U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position needs an active U.S. Security Clearance for employment. Non-U.S. Citizens may not be eligible to obtain a security clearance. The Department of Defense Consolidated Adjudications Facility (DoD CAF), a federal government agency, handles the adjudicative aspects of the security clearance eligibility process for industry applicants. Adjudicative factors which affect the outcome of the eligibility determination include, but are not limited to, allegiance to the U.S., foreign influence, foreign preference, criminal conduct, security violations and illegal drug use.
