Senior Director, Site Quality Head – Reagent Manufacturing (Glasgow, DE)

This role is deeply connected to our global network of reagent manufacturing sites, providing the opportunity to collaborate internationally, harmonize quality strategies, and elevate operational performance across the enterprise.

Your role:

  • Develop and execute a compelling quality vision for the site, aligned with global quality and site expectations.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a diverse team of managers, engineers, and quality control experts—cultivating a people‑centered, high‑performance quality organization.
  • Serve as a key member of the site leadership team, ensuring readiness for regulatory inspections, customer audits, and meeting the highest standards of IVD regulatory compliance.
  • Act as a change agent, driving innovation, digitalization, modern quality tools, and continuous improvement initiatives across quality systems and processes.
  • Collaborate across our global reagent manufacturing network to share best practices, harmonize approaches, strengthen quality maturity, and support enterprise‑wide initiatives.
  • Build trusted partnerships with cross‑functional and global stakeholders, embedding quality into daily operations and long‑term strategy.

Your expertise:

  • Significant experience in senior quality management or manufacturing leadership roles within IVD, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or other highly regulated industries.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Life Sciences.
  • IVD (in vitro diagnostics) experience strongly preferred, including familiarity with ISO 13485, IVDR, 21 CFR 820, and diagnostic manufacturing standards.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire teams—developing future leaders and driving organizational capability.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data‑driven mindset, with experience applying digital tools or analytics to enhance quality performance.
  • Exceptional communication and influence skills, with the ability to partner confidently across functions, levels, and global sites.
  • Professional certifications such as Certified Quality Manager, Six Sigma Black Belt, or equivalent are a plus.

The base pay range for this position is:

$189,950 - $261,184

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
