Reporting directly to the Director of NCC, Productivity, and Service Quality, this position provides high-level analytical and quality engineering support to drive quality improvements and Non-Conformance Cost (NCC) reduction initiatives from incoming inspection through manufacturing, installation, and field service.

What You will do:

  • Support the development of automated dashboards and reporting tools by collaborating with IT developers; act as a primary user and subject matter expert for completed dashboards (Power BI, SAP) to provide real-time visibility into NCC and supplier quality performance.

  • Review and analyze data across the product lifecycle to identify trends and systemic issues, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.

  • Provide insights and recommendations that support quality improvement and NCC reduction initiatives in both Service Quality and Supplier Quality performance.

  • Perform supplier NCC analytics, reporting, and trend identification to support supplier improvement plans and corrective/preventive action activities.

  • Establish processes and data structures for monitoring and reporting Supplier Related NCC, including supplier claim management, and act as liaison to headquarters for program status updates.

  • Track and support actions required to achieve Supply Chain Management KPIs including Incoming Quality (% nonconforming product) and Post-Delivery Quality (excess installation cost/system).

  • Collaborate with IT/Data teams to ensure data integrity and optimize data pipelines for quality reporting.

  • Lead data-driven root cause analysis reviews to identify systemic contributors to scrap, rework, field failures, warranty cost, and installation issues.

  • Provide analytics and summaries for executive presentations, operational reviews, and quality governance boards.

  • Support improvements to data structure, quality metric definitions, and reporting consistency across the organization.

  • Mentor supplier quality engineers and others to strengthen data literacy and quality analytics competencies across the organization.

What you will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Business Intelligence, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in quality engineering, supplier quality, data analytics, manufacturing, or lifecycle product quality roles.

  • Strong proficiency in Power BI, SAP, Excel (advanced), and interpreting complex data sets using data modeling techniques.

  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive results in complex environments.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights for executives and operational teams.

  • Highly organized, self-driven, and committed to continuous improvement.

  • Ability to manage large datasets and ensure data governance compliance.

What will set You apart:

  • Master’s degree or other completed advanced degree

  • Experience with analytics tools (SQL, Python, or similar)

  • Experience in medical devices, healthcare technology, aerospace, automotive, or other regulated industries.
