Your Role:  

In this highly diverse and dynamic role, your primary focus will be Marketing Communications within the global communications team. You will lead the development and execution of integrated, data-driven marketing communications to support the company’s growth ambitions and to strengthen its market positioning. Working closely with global stakeholders and senior leadership, you will translate complex topics into compelling stories and campaigns, while contributing to aligned and effective corporate communications.


Marketing Communications:

- Develop and execute integrated marketing communications strategies to support the company’s long-term growth ambitions and to strengthen clear, compelling value propositions.

- Act as a strategic partner to sales across all businesses, developing marketing communications strategies that reinforce Siegfried’s positioning and enable lead generation.

- Develop thought-leadership content for different formats with internal subject matter experts.

- Plan, manage and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including webinars, expert blogs, paid social campaigns (e.g. LinkedIn Ads) and SEO/SEA initiatives.

- Take a hands-on role in execution, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners.

- Actively managing tools such as HubSpot and Google Analytics and analyze marketing performance and derive data-driven insights to continuously improve reach, relevance and effectiveness across channels.


Corporate Communications:

- As part of an integrated communications team, play a key role in shaping and delivering major corporate communications projects and events.

- Take ownership of selected internal and external communication campaigns, driving concepts, timelines and end-to-end delivery.

Your Profile:

- Ability to translate business objectives into clear value propositions and impactful campaigns. 

- Ready to take full ownership and end-to-end responsibility, with a strong focus on delivering results aligned with the company’s growth ambitions.

- More than 5 years of experience in Marketing Communications, ideally in an international or matrix organization.

- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism or a related field is a plus.

- Excellent English, with outstanding writing and editing skills. 

- Strong experience in campaign-driven marketing, including digital channels such as SEO, SEA and paid social (e.g. LinkedIn Ads). 

- Proven hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot) and solid understanding of Google Analytics.

- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and with C-level stakeholders.
