Your Impact in This Role
As a Production Line Worker, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Sort out trash and contaminants from recycled glass materials on a conveyor belt
Sweep, shovel, and maintain a clean and safe work environment
Operate light equipment such as pallet jacks and Dingo utility machines
Monitor and clean production equipment, including screeners, trash chutes, and optical sorters
Report any equipment issues or malfunctions to the supervisor promptly
Wear and maintain proper personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
Stand for extended periods during shift hours
Assist with all other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
What You Bring to the Table
Ability to work safely around moving equipment
Comfortable standing, walking, lifting, and performing physical labor for long periods
Ability to work in dusty, noisy, and fast-paced environments
Basic mechanical awareness and attention to detail
Must follow all safety protocols and company procedures
Previous experience in recycling, production, or general labor is a plus
