Your Impact in This Role
As a Janitor, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Clean and sanitize surfaces, furniture, and office equipment
Sweep, mop, dust, and empty trash throughout assigned areas
Clean and disinfect restrooms and break room areas
Wash windows, glass partitions, and mirrors
Collect and properly dispose of all waste, maintaining orderly indoor and outdoor areas
Assist with basic groundskeeping tasks
Identify and report needed repairs or maintenance issues
Perform all duties safely, efficiently, and as assigned
What You Bring to the Table
Able to read, write, and follow instructions in English
Can tell when equipment has been fully cleaned and sanitized
Physically able to lift up to 30 lbs., stand for a full shift, bend, reach, and work with hand tools
Able to hear alarms and speech in a noisy environment and maintain necessary peripheral vision
Comfortable working with cleaning chemicals and sanitizing agents (no related allergies)
Performs tasks safely and effectively as part of daily work duties
