Job Overview

A person who holds a diploma that qualifies them for a license to practice from the Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec (OIIQ) or who is recognized by the Order as having successfully completed a nursing program or whose diploma or training is recognized as equivalent by the OIIQ for the purposes of issuing a license to practice. Pending the issuance of their license, they may perform all professional activities that a nurse may perform, subject to the exceptions provided for in the regulations, under the supervision of a nurse in accordance with the standards set out in those regulations.  

Qualifications

We are recruiting nursing candidates with the following qualifications:
  • Holder of a diploma granting eligibility for a license to practice from the Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec (OIIQ)
  • Autonomy, dynamism, and teamwork
  • Bilingual (French and English) spoken and written
 Shriners Hospitals for Children—Canada is a private institution under contract with the health and social services network.
