담당 업무
- 브랜드 교육 운영 및 지원 (신제품·시즌 교육, 메이크업 스킬업 트레이닝 등)
- 매장 필드 트레이닝 및 현장 코칭 지원
- 교육 자료·가이드·컨설테이션 툴 개발 및 업데이트·배포 관리
- 매장별 행사 샘플 발주 및 재고 관리
- 교육·행사 관련 활동 도구 제작, 입출고 관리
자격 요건
- 뷰티 브랜드 트레이닝 경력 1년 이상
- 제품 교육 및 메이크업 스킬업 교육 운영 경험자
- 교육 콘텐츠 기획 및 현장 커뮤니케이션 역량 보유자
- 프레스티지 뷰티 브랜드 경력자 우대
- MS Office 활용 가능자
고용 형태
- 1년 계약직 (근무 성과 및 평가에 따라 계약 연장 가능함.)

What you'll do
- The Training Assistant will operate and support brand training, including new product and seasonal training, as well as makeup skill enhancement training. Responsibilities also include field training support, coaching, and managing educational materials and event tools.
