JOB SUMMARY

The primary responsibility of the Set-Up is to perform changeovers, set-up, troubleshoot, perform minor repairs, and clean-up of the lines to which they are assigned. Must perform mechanical repairs to keep the production line running efficiently. This role may also work as a material handler as needed.

WHAT YOU WILL DO 

• You will perform all duties in accordance with company and site-specific safety policies and procedures.
• You will be responsible for reading and following all quality specifications including completing and documenting hourly conditions verifications.                   
• You will communicate all safety, ergonomic, quality, productivity and mechanical issues to the supervisors in a timely manner.   
• You will be responsible for supporting assigned production line while filling including adjusting equipment, parameters, processes as needed and performing minor repairs and modifications.        
• You will assist the technical department in completing line trials to support new product launches and identify potential bottlenecks and propose solutions before full-scale production begins.        
• You will complete all required record keeping and paperwork completely, accurately and on time.
• You will accurately record Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) data.
• You will actively work with the team to maintain a 6S workplace.                                                                      
• You will carry out other duties to be performed as required by production management.
• You will support departmental and organizational goals and objectives.
• You will follow all GMP and Safety requirements.

WHO YOU ARE 

• You have a strong attention to detail and the ability to perform tasks carefully, accurately, and efficiently in accordance with specific instructions and in compliance with quality and safety standards.
• You are dependable and can follow through on assignments and complete them in a timely and competent manner.
• You can communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
• You can add, subtract, multiple and divide numbers.
• You are computer literate and able to work in MES.
• You are a positive leader with interpersonal skills

The hourly rate for this position may vary based on geographic location. Pay is based on several factors including knowledge, education, skills, and experience. In addition to base pay, we may offer additional forms of compensation as part of a total compensation package, including a discretionary annual bonus in addition to a full range of benefits.
