We are seeking enthusiastic interns for the Shiseido Hajimari Summer Internship program, a paid, full-time, 9-week experience from June 1st to July 31st. Based in our New Jersey and New York offices, this program offers hands-on exposure to the full product life-cycle, from Marketing to Manufacturing, along with impactful projects, networking opportunities, and professional development workshops. About our Business Operations & Analytics Team:
The Business Operations & Analytics Operations team is responsible for overseeing sales financial expense lines, reporting/ analysis and data management for all divisions in Shiseido Americas. Coordination among Executive Leadership, sales, marketing, planning, finance, and accounting on key expense opportunities and risks/ operational excellence. Drives cross functional efficiencies through process improvement, report engineering and strategy implementation. Ownership of Randstad relationship for Freelance support and the development of collaborative systematic approaches to ensure maximum ROI. Drive consistency and efficiencies across all areas within Business Operations & Analytics, through the development of insights and analytics.
What You’ll Do:
- Create the 2027 Shiseido Americas brand portfolio CoAdvertising side by side templates.
- Assist in analyzing Freelance reporting to identify opportunities and process enhancements.
- Participating in Sales Field leadership calls and facilitate solutions to updates/ requests.
- Work with the team and accounting partners to assess efficiency opportunities on invoice reconciliation processes for Demo staffing.
- Assist in ad hoc operational projects relating Sales Reporting, Freelance, CoAdvertising, Staffing, and Field Sales.
Requirements:
- Must be a rising Junior or Senior in college working towards a bachelor’s degree
- Effective communication skills, attention to detail, and highly organized
- Energetic, self-motivated, results oriented
- Flexible and able to function in a fast-paced, safety-first work environment
- Have a passion for cosmetics, the beauty industry and keeping up-to-date with industry trends

What you'll do
