We are seeking enthusiastic interns for the Shiseido Hajimari Summer Internship program, a paid, full-time, 9-week experience from June 1st to July 31st. Based in our New Jersey and New York offices, this program offers hands-on exposure to the full product life-cycle, from Marketing to Manufacturing, along with impactful projects, networking opportunities, and professional development workshops. About our Drunk Elephant Global Social Media Team:

The Drunk Elephant Global Social Media team oversees all owned global social channels including channel strategy, community management and content creation. We currently have a Director of Global Social and a Manager of Social & Community who oversee strategy, content production, reporting, community management, and brand voice.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Be involved in content creation for owned social including shooting and editing content, sourcing content from UGC and brainstorming new content ideas.
  • Support the team on channel analysis through weekly, monthly, competitive and/or campaign-based reporting
  • Be involved in community management by engaging with fans on our social channels and understand how this drives channel strategy
  • Get a holistic view of how a global social team functions within a corporate business by attending meetings and participating in day-to-day functions

 

Requirements:

  • Must be a rising Junior or Senior in college working towards a bachelor’s degree  
  • Effective communication skills, attention to detail, and highly organized 
  • Energetic, self-motivated, results oriented 
  • Flexible and able to function in a fast-paced, safety-first work environment 
  • Have a passion for cosmetics, the beauty industry and keeping up-to-date with industry trends
